Our 12-ton Bottle Jack Ram Adapter simply slides over the top of a bottle jack's extension screw once the Safe Jack Extension Screw Collar has been installed. This then couples with any combination of our smaller 6-ton Bottle Jack Extensions and Lift Pads for a variety of lifting scenarios.
Safe Jack utilizes the Extension Screw Collar to create a secure engagement for the Extensions and Lift Pads, as well as to maximize the available stroke to an additional 1.5 inches. These premade Extension Screw Collars are measured specifically for the bottle jack brands we carry. If you have your own bottle jack you wish to use instead, you may need to purchase a Custom Extension Screw Collar. If you opt out of purchasing a Custom Extension Screw Collar altogether, the adapters may still work, but you will not achieve the additional 1.5 inches of stroke. The 12-ton adapters will fit over a bottle jack saddle diameter of 1.25 inches - 1.75 inches (31.75 mm - 44.45 mm.) If the hydraulic cylinder (ram) is significantly smaller than this, we advise against using the adapters without an Extension Screw Collar, as the point of engagement will be unstable.

Prices little bit too high!
Great quality and craftsmanship. just what I was looking for.
I have many jacks and I carry a 6 ton and a 12 ton in my truck. This adapter allows my to use my extensions on either jack. I had a problem with my initial order and Safe Jack’s excellent and friendly customer service came through and resolved the issue immediately. Yes, they really do care!
I am extremely happy with all of my Safe Jack purchases! For starters they are showing that they have a huge lead time but so far, everything has arrived in an acceptable period of time. Even if it were a long wait, it would be worth it because no one is making anything like this, especially not to this level of quality. I purchased the rest of my Save Jack gear before the Hydraulic/Pneumatic jack I purchased had shipped so I didn't know whether or not the Save Jack gear was going to fit the shaft of the jack. It was all too small but no fear, they sell an adapter! I purchased the adapter and received it in short order. I also received a piece that is supposed to go around the shaft to prevent wobble when using the adapter. I did not add this to the cart and I don't think that it is supposed to be included so I am extremely grateful for that. You can tell they care about their customers. Especially to send free parts without seeking out any type of recognition for doing so. It is little things like that, that go a long way. The weld quality is awesome, everything fits to exacting tolerances, the finish is beautiful and the customer service is on a whole new level. Recovery gear is not cheap, but it is something that you don't want to wish that you had, and don't have, and are in a tough situation that requires it. Be well prepared, and carry Safe Jack equipment everytime you roll out of your drive. My Safe Jack gear is now a part of my vehicle.
I don't need it for flat surfaces but never know when you may need it off road.
