The Safe Jack Extension Screw Collar (ESC) is a device made from highly durable PLA carbon fiber that wraps around your bottle jack’s extension screw, acting as the universal, secure engagement for our Extensions and Lift Pads. The ESC also provides the operator with 100% available stroke of the jack and maximizes the height to an additional 1.5 inches. Our premade Extension Screw Collars are measured specifically for the bottle jack brands we carry. The 6-ton ESC wraps around a bottle jack extension screw measuring 0.893 - 0.955 inches in diameter. If you have your own bottle jack you wish to use instead, you will need to check if your bottle jack fits these dimensions. Please watch this video for instructions on how to do so.
The ESC is easy to install and remove, taking only a few seconds, and requires no extra tools. Safe Jack ESCs are standard equipment for our Bottle Jack Recovery Kits. They should be applied anytime Extensions or Lift Pads are used for proper fit and maximal stroke.
